24 Hour long days…
Good afternoon to you all
There is not enough hours in a day anymore. There is so much to do and so little time. The rush is over, and we started home schooling again today.
Luckily, we are done with vincristine chemo. Chiane had it 3 times. Her whole body is yet again going tight and her muscles are extremely stiff. Her legs, feet and arms are so stiff. We started to stretch her today. She is over all doing well. No mouth sores whatsoever, and she is eating well.
We started building up her immune system again today, because the chemo wiped it out. We’ve got a very good organic cook book for children with cancer filled with useful recipes. We even make Chiane’s milk from scratch that she has with her breakfast (almond organic milk). We started to run out of ideas for food, now we are geared up to make almost anything you can buy in a shop – only difference is, it’s from scratch, organic, and we know what is in it.
Making Chiane’s water is a long process, so we usually do it overnight. It takes about 4 hours to sterilise the water, taking literally all chemicals out and then a further 10 minutes for the water to go through a pimag optimiser in order to add all the vital minerals back.
Thank you Dustin for your help and for building Chiane’s website.
Thank you to Anna at Estian’s nursery for the organic fruits she gave us. It came from her back garden! Thank you to Estian’s nursery who is now taking Estian 2 days a week, free of charge to help us re flexibility. The extra time does help us a lot!
Thank you to Chiane’s teacher Anna, and her school De Bohun for giving us organic vegetables they grew on the school grounds. We really appreciate it! Thank you Terry Scott (head of School) for what the school is doing for Chiane! Anna, thank you for delivering it.
We are nervous about Monday. We hope Chiane’s MRI is clean. Monday is a big day….
Thank you everyone who is praying for Chiane. We can not thank you all enough for your emails, prayers and support.
